This position requires an ambitious, reliable individual to assist in maintaining several properties throughout the Capital District. A general knowledge in construction is preferred. You will be part of a staff of talented professionals tasked with performing various maintenance and repair duties in Albany, Rensselaer and Schenectady Counties. Full time position.
