Community Maintenance

Full time community maintenance position in Halfmoon, NY. Must be reliable, motivated & willing to learn. Good with hands & basic carpentry skills helpful. General property maintenance tasks for a large community of over 200 homes. Both indoor home repair as well as lawn mowing, snow plowing & other outdoor maintenance tasks. Requires valid driver's license, reliable transportation & background screening. Weekdays 7-3:30 and on call after hour emergencies rotating with other team members. $22/hour with benefits after 90 days. Send your qualifications to this ad.
