RN or LPN home care nurse for disabled, special needs 17 year old boy at our brand new home on the Mohawk River, Halfmoon/ Waterford border river 5000 square foot home , Private duty independent provider paid directly through Medicaid, no agency. Fri. 11:30pm-7:30am. also 2 day shifts , Fri. 3-9pm and Sat. 10am-4pm RN and LPN wages for this case 50- 60per hour.
