We are in need of someone who can care for a 73-year-old woman with MS. She is in a wheelchair and cannot use her legs at all. We want someone who can stay with her Saturday and Sunday nights from 8:30pm in the evening until 9am the next morning. You would need to put her on the toilet in the evening and then prepare her for bed, put her in bed and be available the rest of the night to turn her and make her comfortable. In the morning dress her and get her in the wheelchair and ready for the day. You must be prepared for some nights of only having to adjust her twice and some nights when she needs to be adjusted numerous times.
She needs to be manually lifted. She does not to use a Hoyer lift. She weighs about 103lbs. Looking for immediate start after a few days of training.
The overnight shift in 12 to 13 hours. We pay the first 8 hours at straight time and the balance of the night at time and one half. You receive your money each week when you leave Monday morning.
