Summer Grill/Line Chef, accomms provided, in the beautiful Catskills

Experienced, fast, capable Gill/Line Chef required for lively, high quality bistro in the Catskills, New York. Summer position, available anytime soon, until Labor Day. Option to extend into winter available if it works out and you want to stay on! Main street accommodation provided, close to the restaurant. The Catskills is a great place to be in the summer! You must be a “beast of the line”, happy blasting out burgers, steaks, fish, wings, sandwiches from the grill night after night in volume! 5 day week, approx 35-40 hours, usually evenings. You will not be asked to constantly cover other shifts and absences etc. Fun, friendly existing team. This package is open to discussion and negotiation.
