At Bayer you have the opportunity to be part of a culture where we value the passion of our employees to innovate and give them the power to change.Associate Director, Pull Through- Payer AccessYOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe primary responsibilities of this role, Associate Director, Pull Through- Payer Access, are to:Collaborate with Pull-Through COE, HP/PBM Account Directors, Regional Sales Directors, District Business Managers, and Territory Sales Consultants to ensure integration and alignment of the Bayer;

Manage Markets (MM) Pull-Through Framework in order to maximize impact of HP/PBM Pull-Through;

Collaborate with Pull-Through COE to assess Pull-Through opportunities to determine what brand resources are available or will be provided;

Make recommendations to sales, brand and HP/PBM Account Director leadership about Pull-Through opportunities;

Collaborate with Contract Strategy Group to help identify potential opportunities for MM Pull-Through with a long-term view;

Collaborate with Regional Associate ADs to understand the opportunities and impact of downstream accounts as well as Pull-Through opportunities for regional contracted accounts over the medium to long-term;

Partner strategically with Area Business Directors and Regional Business Managers to understand business priorities and make recommendations regarding HP/PBM Pull-Through;

Lead planning and alignment of Pull-Through campaigns to maximize HP/PBM pull-through "Trigger Events" by actively engaging and aligning RAADs, Field Sales and the Brand Teams;

Provide field input to facilitate the development and creation of pull-through promotional materials, plans and programs to align with the brand's promotional plan and strategy;

Serve as a primary point of contact for the RAAD and field sales regarding health plan and PBM pull-through activities;

Serve as the strategic field lead for the Regional Pharmacy Launch plan, working closely with the Retail Pharmacy Account Directors to triage the process, and ensure that product access issues can be addressed as expeditiously as possible;

Identify proactively issues and opportunities that could enhance business impact;

Report progress regarding MM Pull-Through performance, market dynamics, competitive environment and field sales insight on a continual basis in order to formulate and recommend new tactics, measure the impact of existing tactics or modify existing plans;

Collaborate with Pull-Through COE and other strategic partners to ensure integration and alignment regarding HP/PBM Pull-Through;

Integrate and collaborate with multiple internal teams including Pull-Through COE, Business Insights, Compliance, Commercial Operations and other teams as appropriate;

Work closely with Sales Training to develop and implement Market access business acumen training to enhance overall pull-through capabilities.

Minimum of 8 years in pharmaceutical and/or healthcare in sales management (i.e. regional business manager), field reimbursement manager, or access and coverage manager including preferable experience with the development or implementation of market access pull-through strategies and/or brand level market access and/or brand marketing experience.

Preferred Qualifications:M.B.A.

Experience in local/regional Market Access plans;

Project management skills;

Prior headquarter experience;

Health Plan/PBM Account Director experience;

Demonstrated leadership skills and team development ability;

Strong customer-facing skills;

Prior marketing experience;

Former/current DBM with High Performance;

Prior experience in sales management and/or account management;

Exceptional communication skills;

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with leadership including the ability to influence without authority;

Experience in developing strategy and implementing promotional programs;

Comprehensive understanding of regulatory guidelines.

Entirely remote jobs that could be performed in Colorado: employees can expect to be paid a salary of approximately $180,000 (or between $145,000 to $217,000). Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant).
