College training or business school training may be substituted for the office experience on the basis of two years of college for one year of experience. Familiar with word processing software and spreadsheets. Able to use agency database and access documents through the legislature’s database. Duties Description Perform secretarial and administrative duties of a highly confidential, complex and sensitive nature for the PCFB Co-Director and the PCFB Board of Commissioners (7). Prepare transcriptions of a highly confidential nature, maintain confidential files, compose and prepare replies to correspondence, schedule appointments, make travel arrangements as well as complete travel expense reports for the Co-Director and the PCFB Board of CommissionersPrepare transcripts of Board meetings and type and distribute notices of meetings, agenda and minutes for the Board.Schedule meetings at the agency and assign them to conference rooms and keeping the calendar up to date. Schedule petition hearings and notices to all candidates concerning same. Have frequent written and oral communications with executive staff, administrative staff, co-workers, elected and appointed officials and their staff, other state and federal agencies and the general public. Supervise and delegate work to selected staff on different special projects, monitor programs through completion.Provide assistance to the Public Information Office with phones, voter registration applications and perform other duties as assigned.
