Traffic Databank LLC, a traffic data collection company is looking to expand to upstate New York area. We are looking for a team of 2 individuals that are willing to learn, to grow and to help the company grow. The duty of a traffic data technician is the following:
a) receive and review the assigned project(s) – typically, a map is provided with instructions on the project; b) review the project(s) with your supervisor and plan for it including equipment needed, location details, paperwork etc; c) sign out equipment and load up into assigned vehicle(s); d) double-check that you have all the equipment required, paperwork, your safety wear, and the order of executing work; e) collect field data using assigned equipment [cameras, Automatic Traffic Recorder(ATR), speed guns, Parking counts etc]; f) completed the field paperwork and transmit to supervisor and office as required; g) inspect the equipment in the field regularly as required and log all details; h) pick up equipment from the field and accurately log in all details as required; i) deliver equipment back to the office safely and place neatly as required
