We are seeking a passionate and experienced Equestrian Coach to join our team. As an Equestrian Coach, you will be responsible for providing instruction and guidance to riders of all ages and skill levels. This is a rewarding opportunity to share your love for horses and help individuals develop their equestrian skills.
- Conduct riding lessons focusing on proper riding techniques and safety measures
- Develop personalized training plans based on the rider's goals and abilities
- Teach riders how to groom, tack, and care for horses
- Assess rider's progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement
- Ensure the safety of riders and horses during lessons and activities
-Part time independent contractor position with hours available 7 days a week.
Skills needed:
- Strong knowledge and experience in equestrian sports, including riding techniques, horse care, and equipment
- Excellent communication skills to effectively instruct and motivate riders
- Patience and ability to work with riders of all ages and skill levels
- Ability to assess rider's abilities and tailor instruction accordingly
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques when working with horses
- Ability to educate riders on proper horsemanship practices
