Our company located in the Malta, NY area, services and repairs “benchtop” size equipment used in the petro-chemical industry
Candidate should have interpersonal skills, a positive attitude and problem solver. Customer Service duties include assisting customers via phone with orders and scheduling their equipment for service. Additionally shipping, receiving and packing small to medium size packages. Occasionally assisting the service techs may also be required. Knowledge of data base software, Excel, or Quick Books is a plus.
Salary will be based on experience. Range is $17.00 to $20.00
