Job Description
We are looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. Candidates should be able to assist management and all visitors to the company by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail, making reservations or travel arrangements, and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.
Salary range: $37000 - $47000 per year.
Responsibilities:Management of incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Forward phone inquiries to the appropriate staff members.
Greet visitors and clients.
Administrative support: Filing, receiving/sending mail, draft letters, handle inbound amp; outbound letters.
Organization of meetings.
Planning of office events, booking travel arrangements for managers.
Reply to general information requests from prospects and customers with accurate information.
Processing various accounting information.
Management of billing (customer/supplier) and of non-food bills.
Recording and transmission of information.
Management of employee absence information.
Management of daily attendance sheets or timesheets.
Process HR administration tasks (onboarding documents, data transmission to the HR team, coordination with payroll department).
Communication of relevant information to management.
Monitoring compliance with HR procedures.
Qualifications
Associate’s Degree in related field.
Prior administrative experience.
Excellent computer skills, especially typing.
Attention to detail.
Multilingual may be preferred or required.
Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
