We are seeking a Senior Manager, Digital Marketing to lead Procore’s APAC digital growth and expansion strategy. As the Senior Manager, Digital Marketing, you will lead a team of two and collaborate closely with the APAC segment and global marketing teams to craft and execute a high-impact digital advertising strategy. Your work will directly contribute to meeting and exceeding acquisition, pipeline, and revenue goals while ensuring Procore’s leadership in the APAC region. You will work seamlessly with cross-functional teams - including sales, customer success, and operations - to create a cohesive and optimised digital-first customer journey. Your ability to blend data-driven insights with creative innovation will be instrumental in delivering measurable results.This position reports to the Senior Director, Growth & Integrated Marketing and is based in our Sydney office.What You’ll DoLead the creation and execution of a full-funnel, data-backed digital marketing strategy, driving awareness, acquisition, and expansion across APAC.Collaborate with Campaigns, Events, Web, and Automation teams to ensure seamless tactical execution aligned with strategic goals.Analyse and optimise customer journeys to ensure effective conversions across all touchpoints, deliver high-quality leads, leveraging analytics to drive revenue growth, and achieve measurable ROI.Partner with internal teams and external agencies to develop performance media plans across PPC, programmatic, display, and social platforms like Meta and LinkedIn.Spearhead the development and optimisation of account based marketing campaigns leveraging platforms such as LinkedIn, Demandbase, and other marketing tools.Create a robust testing roadmap that includes new audiences, messaging, and creative strategies to drive continual improvementMonitor, measure, and report on the performance of digital campaigns, using data insights to guide strategy and optimisations and present actionable recommendations to senior leadership, ensuring alignment with regional and global business objectivesCollaborate with the global Centre of Excellence teams to adopt and implement best practices in the APAC market.What We’re Looking For8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in B2B SaaS, technology, or a related industry.Deep knowledge of PPC, programmatic/display, and paid social, with hands-on expertise in managing digital platforms, tools, and analytics.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and drive data-informed decision-making and experience creating actionable insights from marketing metrics to optimise pipeline performance and maximise ROI.Proven expertise in developing and optimising account-based marketing strategies that drive measurable commercial outcomes.Effective communicator capable of managing multiple stakeholders, including agency relationships and ability to work cross-functionally with teams across sales, marketing, and operations to ensure alignment and impact.Proficient in developing strategies that drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Passionate about leveraging technology and analytics to scale digital campaigns and optimise every aspect of the marketing funnel.Experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM), Adobe tech stack and Tableau or other analytics tools is essential.This is your opportunity to shape the future of Procore’s digital marketing efforts in APAC, leveraging your expertise to deliver outstanding results and contribute to the company’s ongoing success.
