To put it simply we want our people to thrive and love the work they do.Your role will be to support the General Manager, Responsible Investment & Sustainability and the Head of Investment Strategy & Asset Allocation. This is a all round EA role, providing broad support in planning and management of team activities with a focus on organising internal and external meetings. Assist senior leaders in the ongoing management of their teams, providing administration and office supportAct as the first point of contact for the senior leaders within these functions in the co-ordination of meetings with key stakeholders and external partnersManage the diaries of your two senior leaders, and manage LT annual leaveManage and support human resources activities in a timely and confidential manner including but no limited to onboarding of new starters, arranging stakeholder meetings, systems training etcCo-ordinate travel across the team and manage and support team communications between Melbourne and Sydney and with the wider Rest enterprise.Coordinate activities that support development and planning; such as team meetings, activities, offsites, training, etc.Support the management of budgets, including but not limited to administrating expense claims, travel arrangements, processing of invoices.Assist with building powerpoint presentationsSupport or coordinate general office related operations and procedures.
