Santa Fe-based brand design and media studio is seeking an experienced WordPress developer/video editor to collaborate with a small team of design, film and A/V media pros. Our group serves sustainability, environmental and social justice projects, SMEs, nonprofits and cause movements.
We are looking for a like-minded pro to work with us on a retainer/hourly basis, both on the engineering of new WP/Elementor page-builder sites and to service existing client WP theme sites.

WEB DEV SKILLSETS:
Bachelor’s degree in web development or relevant experience
PROFICIENCY IN:
HTML, PHP, CSS and JavaScript; Media Query Technologies
FTP, MySQL, FileMaker Pro
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Animate)
Adobe Premiere Pro and/or Davinci Resolve
MUST be willing to work on existing client Divi, YOO theme and Elementor sites
Enews/MailChimp integration
Shopify/payment processor solutions
G-suite/email integration
Google Analytics, Google Ad Manager and SEO practices
YouTube, IG, FB platforms
Working with graphic designers and ability to translate supplied PSD master files into elegant, mobile-friendly content
Working through, researching UX and functionality features with our team; and explaining solutions to team members and clients not versed in web development
Troubleshooting complex software/plugin/hosting glitches – or finding best tech support to resolve
Both written and verbal communications, (email, text, docx, G-docs)
EXPERIENCE IN:
Audio/Video file editing and prep (MP3, WAV, AAC, MP4, MOV, 720/1080p, frame.io, etc.)
Cloud-based project and file management
A Plus If You:
Work with animation (Adobe Animate, After Effects); HTML5 animations (ad banners)
Have Google Ad Manager / Ad Sense experience
Additionally, We Require:

Time-tracking for project work
File-archiving/sharing (DropBox, Google-drive/G-docs)
and value staying cool under pressure and responsive in a fast-paced environment
