Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers in a friendly, professional manner, both in person and over the phone.
Use your problem-solving skills to address customer concerns, resolve issues, and find solutions quickly and effectively.
Schedule service appointments and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
Communicate clearly with customers, keeping them informed and reassured throughout their experience.
