I'm looking for a professional house caretaker/ manager to oversee a rental property here in Santa Fe, NM. That may expand to two homes in the near future. This could be a combination of short term and longer term management, whether that's AirBNB bookings or a month to month furnished lease.
Some of the requirements:
- High level of customer service and hospitality background
- Optimistic and coachable attitude
- Organized and attentive to detail
- Guest and/ or hotel experience would be helpful, but not required
- Ability to take care of multiple plants
- Dependable hours and availability
- Experience with a hot tub would be an added plus
Some of the tasks include:
- Guest communication and arrival/ departure date management
- Ensuring the absolute best guest experience and guest support
- Watering plants
- Stocking supplies
- Overseeing cleanliness, quality control and spot checking house prior to guest arrival and post departure
- Reporting and logging all damage
- Overseeing house maintenance and coordinating cleanings/ yard work, etc.
- Gift basket and special house touches for guests
- Managing the hot tub chemicals, cleaning and hot tub upkeep
- Light yard work to sweep up and/or use leaf blower for outside areas
- Emergency house support for guests or home issues that my arise
- Refilling soap/ shampoo/ conditioner bottles, salt/ pepper dispensers, etc.
- Folding towels and arranging toilet paper, changing light bulbs
- Filing and tracking house expense receipts in an organized manner
- Keeping the office and supply room organized and stocked
- Ensuring functioning operation for all household items
