Our company is a well-established small business specializing in wastewater systems and inspections. We are seeking a full time Office Manager. Duties include scheduling technicians, communicating with vendors and customers, and record keeping. Must be proficient in Excel and Word. QuickBooks proficiency is considered a plus. There is a 90-day probation period at the start of employment.
Details:
Full Time Employment: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Starting Pay: $22.00 per hour.
Pay after 90-day probation period: $24.00 per hour.
Any overtime after 40 hours per work week paid at 1.5x
Benefits:
Paid Vacation Days: New Year’s Day, MLK Jr. Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.
One week of Paid Vacation after one year.
Two weeks of Paid Vacation after two years.
