We are seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant to support our team in recruitment, employee compliance, and office operations. This role is fast-paced and hands-on, supporting both office and field operations in a construction environment. This is an in-person position.
Responsibilities:
Screen candidates and schedule interviews.
Coordinate new hire onboarding and LANL badging (including tracking expirations).
Schedule and track employee training.
Review and approve weekly payroll.
Maintain organized files and records.
Assist with accounts payable and related material tracking.
Requirements:
2+ years administrative experience (construction or government contracting a plus).
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Experience with accounting & time tracking software (QuickBooks Desktop/Workforce)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
Discreet with confidential information.
