Fruit of the Earth Organics is seeking a highly motivated Trimmer/Farm Hand for a full time position.
Responsibilities and Duties:
The Trimmer/Farm Hand may be responsible for the following duties, including but not limited to:
Harvesting of plants on the farm
Trimming, bucking, and processing of harvested medicine
Assists with plant and harvest duties as needed
Trenching, weeding, and irrigation repair and installation
During off season, trimming or production work will replace farm work
Qualifications
Education level: GED or higher.
Experience: Previous cannabis experience preferred. Trimming experience highly preferred.
Specific skills: Experience tending plants, trimming, pruning, transplanting, cloning, and seed germination preferred
Physical qualifications: Must be able to lift objects greater than 50 lbs.
Must be flexible and willing to work longer hours during harvest time if inclement weather or time restraints call for it.
