Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Cleaning Team Leader to join our dynamic team. The Cleaning Team Leader will play a crucial role in supervising our cleaning staff, ensuring that our eco-friendly cleaning practices are upheld, and our clients receive exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
-Lead and manage a team of cleaning professionals, assigning tasks and ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
-Lead by example in performing cleaning tasks alongside team members, demonstrating proper techniques and adherence to eco-friendly cleaning practices.
-Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality control and ensure compliance with eco-friendly cleaning protocols.
-Train new team members on Advanced Green Cleaning's cleaning techniques, equipment usage, and sustainability practices.
-Communicate effectively with clients to address any concerns or special requests promptly and professionally.
-Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, motivating team members to excel in their roles.
-Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, promoting a culture of safety within the team.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience in the cleaning industry, with at least 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
-Strong knowledge of eco-friendly cleaning practices, products, and equipment.
-Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
-Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
-Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
-Proficiency in basic computer skills, including email and scheduling software.
-Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
-Bilingual (Spanish/English) Required
