Janitor needed for performing maintenance and janitorial of an assigned account.
The customer building is in the Santa Fe area and is a small building with low hours, perfect for someone looking to supplement their income with part-time janitorial duties.
Must be flexible in performing assigned duties as assigned by a Supervisor as mentioned below.
Essential Functions:
Physical requirements include stooping, standing, climbing, and frequently lift and/ or moving a minimum of 50 lbs. of office and facilities equipment and trash and the ability to safely use equipment provided.
Sitting, walking, standing, bending (neck), bending waist), squatting, climbing, kneeling, crouching, stooping, twisting (neck), twisting (waist).
Must be able to lift and stack objects up to 25 pounds occasionally and frequently exert 10 to 20 pounds of force to lift, carry, push, and pull or otherwise move objects
Indoor/outdoor work environment with exposure to weather extremes.
The contract rate is $560.00 per month and the days of service are Tuesday/Thursday & Saturdays. Payroll is mailed out every 15th & 30th or 31st of each month.
