As a Scheduling Coordinator, you’ll work 24 hours per week, playing a key role in supporting clients and Care Professionals.
Job Duties:
Coordinate and maintain Care Professional schedules
Match clients with Care Professionals for the best possible care experience
Communicate with clients, families, and Care Pros regarding schedule changes and updates
Respond to urgent scheduling needs to ensure seamless care coverage
Maintain accurate documentation in scheduling software
Support office operations and assist with other administrative tasks as needed
