care assistance needed

Looking for some help and assistance. Someone who will help get me to appts. grocery shop little errands' some cooking, little cleaning and conversations. I am disabled with left side weaknesses so a smaller car is preferred, please. days needed are Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun and 4-5 hours a day. Pay is $20./ hour Good sense of humor os a great plus and be playful too.I have put ads here before so be serious and be willing to do all the paperwork is a big big plus. this should be an easy fun job with me and my playful loving cat.
