This position shares responsibility for: leading the team to achieve goals; maintaining recipes, inventory and supply management; monitoring the performance, scheduling and training of kitchen staff; among other job-related duties.
Minimum requirements for this job are: two years of experience and NM food handlers permit.
Preferred experience: previous management of employees, previous work in a high-volume or fine-dining restaurant, bilingual (English as primary or secondary language).
