Ojo Caliente Mineral Springs Resort & Spa is seeking a Part Time Reservationist for our call center, answering inquiries about all aspects of Ojo Caliente, including: room types, layout, decor, appointments, locations and rates, the details of all special packages and promotions, spa therapies, the restaurant and directions to the springs.
This position makes reservations for incoming guests, scheduling rooms and/or desired therapies, inputting/accessing computer data, and providing any needed assistance and information.
Must have experience making reservations in the hospitality industry, skilled in computer entry, and must be available to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
