We're hiring a Front-of-House Manager to join and lead our team at Rowley Farmhouse Ales — one of New Mexico’s most respected breweries and restaurants. This is a full-time, tipped position with average earnings of $45–$55/hr, plus benefits and a vesting program towards an ownership stake.
You must be:
Experienced in FOH leadership (scheduling, ordering, inventory, team development)
Positive, outgoing, and professional
Passionate about great service, craft beer, and local food
Ready to help us grow our program with a small, curated selection of NM-made spirits
A hands-on leader who leads from the floor
POS experience
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
