Hotel Inn Santa Fe is seeking a reliable, friendly, service-oriented front desk agent to join our growing staff. In this position, you will take reservations, check guests in and out of rooms, direct calls, and answer all guests’ questions and concerns. We are focused on providing a relaxing experience to our guests. Previous hotel-related experience preferred but not required as we are willing to train the right individual.
Looking for someone to work 3pm-11pm and 11pm-7am. 5 Days TOTAL 40 Hours per week.
We are open 24 hour 7 days a week, must be flexible and willing to work weekdays, weekends and holidays
Job entails/ Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome all guest approaching the Front Desk
Performs check-in and check- out procedure
Professional appearance and excellent attendance and punctuality.
Manage reservations online , in person, or over the phone reservation.
Establish and maintain good communications and team work with fellow associates and other departments within the hotel.
Be able to perform and complete all tasks and duties on the shift checklist in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintain a clean work area.
Will be required to work nights, weekend, and holidays.
This is a small property and candidates will possibly be the only staff on duty so the ability to solve issues is a must.
Pay: $18 per hour - Benefits after 90 days
