As a crucial member of our back-of-house team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of all dishware, pots, pans, barista glasses, and cups. Your primary goal will be to maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area and support the overall efficiency of our kitchen operations.
Responsibilities:
Wash and sanitize all dishware, pots, pans, barista glasses, and cups in accordance with health and safety standards.
Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area, including the proper storage of clean dishes and utensils.
Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed, such as peeling and chopping vegetables or portioning ingredients.
Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Collaborate with the front-of-house team to maintain cleanliness and organization in guest-facing areas.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations and procedures.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a dishwasher is required, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
