Ready to shift mindsets?As a Sr. Renewals Representative, you would be working on:· Customer Interaction and Management - Drive renewal activity to ensure customers renew on-time· Processes - Align with sales, success, care, legal and finance teams to drive renewal conversations and streamline the process· Relationship Management - Build relationships with customers and effectively negotiate complex renewal contracts· Collaboration - Work with the cross-functional team to drive a positive customer experienceAs a Sr. Renewals Representative your background will look like:· A minimum of 3 years’ industry experience with exposure to SaaS (Subscriptions)· Must possess proven track record of consistently and successfully attaining sales goals· Experienced enterprise renewal salesperson, with demonstrated successful experience renewing software solutions with large customers· Excellent relationship building and sale closing skillsYou’ll be working towards a shared goal with an open-minded and cohesive team that is very much the sum of its parts. Your compensation will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
