Established Mortgage Field Company is seeking Part-Time Independent Field Inspector(s) in Santa Fe and surrounding areas to complete inspections on behalf of Mortgage & Insurance companies. The inspectors locate, photograph, determine occupancy status and document the condition of each property. In addition, inspectors will conduct property condition surveys for a nationwide insurance company for property insurance policies.
Based on current workload this is a part-time position that has the potential to be 3 days per week depending on inspector's productivity. The faster and smarter you work the more profitable you are in less time. Inspectors set their own schedules and routes. The most successful inspectors are motivated, organized and detail oriented.
NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY. NO CERTIFICATION/LICENSE REQUIRED.
INSPECTION TYPES:
Occupancy Inspections-determine occupancy.
Interior Inspections on vacant, secured properties- walk through of interior.
Insurance Survey- Document exterior property condition with supporting photos.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Complete inspections to our client expectations
Stay current with inspection due dates and requirements
Travel to properties using own vehicle
Professional appearance and conduct
REQUIREMENTS:
Mobile phone (iPhone or Android) with camera functionality; ideally 4G
Reliable desktop/laptop and printer with high speed internet access
Valid Driver’s license
Clear background check
Reliable & fuel efficient vehicle
