Trillium Construction is seeking a Commercial Superintendent for long term work in Carlsbad, NM.
Ideal Candidate:
Experience 4 year as a commercial superintendent
Manage all site activities and supervise the duties of field labor and subcontractors.
Coordinate, track and log all other site activities on a daily basis.
Coordinate, track and log using all company management systems.
Review and assist in writing subcontract scopes.
Manage and update project budgets and schedules.
Oversee Project Documents (RFI's, Daily Logs, Submittals, etc.) with project team.
Prepare and analyze subcontract change orders.
Assist with permits and meet with city inspectors and consultants
Conduct site project meetings.
Punch-list completion.
Understand architectural plans
Manage all project safety procedures and conduct site safety and foreman meetings.
Conduct all activities in a safe manner.
