This discipline is responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights, building robust data infrastructures, and enabling data-driven decision-making and innovation through advanced analytics and predictive modeling. As a Head of Data & AI at Endava, you will drive our organization's data and AI strategy, leading cutting-edge initiatives for our clients that transform their business through advanced analytics and artificial intelligence.Grow the regional data capability to successfully deliver projects in all data related areas (data engineering, data architecture, data science, data analysis)Contributing to mentoring, leading, and hiring data scientists, machine learning & data engineers, AI specialists, data analysts, and/or data architects as needed.Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of advanced analytics and AI solutions for clientsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize high-impact data and AI client projectsParticipate in and contribute to client discovery calls, pre-sales, and proposal developmentEnsure the ethical use of AI and adherence to data governance and compliance standardsStay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in data science and AIPresent insights and recommendations to executive leadership to drive data-informed decision-makingFoster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the data and AI teamDevelop and implement best practices for data management, quality, and security
