Join us as we pursue our purpose to make the world work better for everyone.Job DescriptionAs the Manager of Value Strategy Services, you will lead a team of high-performing Value Strategy Service Associates who deliver data-driven insights, business value assessments, and strategic recommendations to ServiceNow’s top customers. Your team sits at the heart of customer transformation, partnering with Strategy Consultants and Value Strategists to articulate how ServiceNow drives tangible business outcomes.You will guide the team in standardizing scalable consulting processes, ensuring excellence in financial modeling, data analysis, and strategic content development. You’ll also serve as a critical leader across Inspire Value — driving innovation, operational efficiency, and thought leadership as we scale to meet growing customer demand.This Manager of Value Strategy Services is responsible for:Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Value Strategy Services Associates across multiple regions.Strategic Oversight: Oversee the delivery of high-quality business value assessments (BVAs), value realization assessments (VRAs), benchmarking studies, and executive-ready presentations.Operational Excellence: Drive process improvements and standardization across value consulting workflows to enable consistent, high-velocity delivery.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Value Strategists, Account Executives, Solution Consultants, and other stakeholders to align customer engagement strategies.Quality & Enablement: Ensure tools, templates, models, and knowledge assets are continuously optimized and aligned with customer needs and business strategy.Innovation & AI Enablement: Encourage and guide the team in integrating AI-driven tools and methods into customer engagements and internal processes.
