All about the Real Estate/ Assistant to one owner.
Has to have own basic tools and transportation to take care the minor repairs for 40+ units rentals in the Las Cruces area.
Responsibilities:
Assist in all rental and administrative duties as required by the owner.
Ability to use a personal computer on rental lease App and has working knowledge of email, Microsoft Word and Excel, and other accounting software.
Accept and post rent payments, and keep accurate billing information and prepare bank deposits if needed.
Communicate effectively by telephone, in person, and in writing.
Valid Drivers license and insurance required.
Could be part or full time
