$20,000 sign-on bonus depending on qualifications and experience

Qualifications and requirements

Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess a bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:

Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire.

ACLS and PALS are required within six months of hire.

One year of experience preferred.

Department/Unit SummaryJoin our Employee Health team and make a direct impact on the well-being of our workforce. This role provides essential healthcare services to employees, volunteers, and physicians, ensuring their health and safety. Responsibilities include conducting pre-employment and annual health assessments, administering immunizations, and offering health and safety counseling. You’ll also be responsible for administering drug tests and supporting the Workers’ Compensation program in collaboration with Human Resources. This role requires effective coordination with various departments to maintain a safe work environment, monitor EHS compliance, and manage employee return-to-work programs for both occupational and non-occupational injuries. This position offers a dynamic and supportive environment, focused on promoting employee health, safety, and overall well-being.About our Health System
