Hey everyone! We're looking for an awesome in-person bilingual English / Spanish customer experience sales representative interested in growing with the best and #1 home cleaning business in New Mexico!

We love our teams, employees, and everything LOCAL about ABQ. In the coming months, we will expand our cleaning business to the Las Cruces / El Paso market. As a representative of Sandia Green Clean, you would provide an exceptional customer experience to our clients in several cities in New Mexico.
We are a professional cleaning company that professionally trains all of our cleaners. (And treats them like the professionals they are!)
We work Monday - Friday and are always home in time for dinner.

You'll be working alongside our fantastic home cleaning professionals and will help support them by:
Answering incoming customer phone calls.
Assisting with customer scheduling, cancellations, and estimates.
Answering inbound sales calls and making follow up sales calls.
Taking customer's credit card information over the phone.
Managing the daily schedule and filling available slots as needed.
Ensuring that our cleaning teams arrive at houses during the correct time window.
Managing team communications and chats to keep everyone informed.
Assisting with special customer requests and damage reports.
Preparing thank-you cards and gifts for our first-time customers.
Sending important text/email reminders to customers.
Receiving packages and stocking supplies
Local supply picks up, running errands (mileage reimbursed)
Laundering of microfiber wash clothes for teams during the day (additional pay for laundry duties)
A typical work day is Monday through Friday, starting at 7:00-7:30 a.m. and ending at 4:00-4:30 p.m.

About Sandia Green Clean
We are from New Mexico, where we've won ABQ The Magazine's Best of the City Award for Best Green Living Services for seven straight years! Our business has been operating in New Mexico since 2017.
We pay hourly, starting at $18.00 an hour, with additional commissions on new customers. You could potentially make over 50K a year. The longer you work with our company, the higher your base pay and bonus will be.
