New Starts Homes is looking to add a motivated and self-starting Finance Clerk to our growing team If you are passionate about helping families move into their new homes and enjoy working in a supportive and rewarding atmosphere, this is the opportunity for you!
As a Manufactured Housing Finance clerk, your primary responsibility will be to help our customers get through their contract and the delivery of their home
Key Responsibilities:
-Go through the contract proceses with new home owners.
-Provide detailed information about our delivery and move in process
-Work side by side with financial institutions to help our customers become homeowners and start their first payment!
-Handle paperwork and administrative tasks related to the funding process.
-Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual is a plus!
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable using technology
