The Clinical Supervisor of Family Crisis Center and supervises FCC counselors and therapists, provides a range of psychological assessments, diagnostic, therapeutic, and/or case management services for children, adult survivors and adult offenders. Empathic experience in working with survivors and offenders of Domestic Violence and skilled in providing reflective supervision to caring professionals. The Clinical Director is responsible for reviewing and recommending policies of the agency to the Executive Director regarding clinical issues. The immediate supervisor is the Executive Director.

Responsibilities:

Review of independent clients with staff on a weekly basis.

Conduct quarterly reviews of client files as required by the agency and funders.

Provide weekly or bi-weekly clinical supervision for clinicians.

Monitor the professional actions of staff as applied to service delivery.

Assure that the policies and procedures as related to therapeutic services are in compliance with requirements of funding organizations.

Meet with the Executive Director weekly to inform of current service delivery activities and inform Executive Director immediately of any emergency situations involving clients and/or staff.

Coordination of personnel development including scheduling of in service training sessions as well as assigning staff to attend outside trainings on program and job related topics, with approval of the Executive Director.

Develop ongoing annual training program.

Other duties as required.

Qualifications:

Minimum of a Master's Degree in counseling or social work.

Four years' experience in delivery of counseling services.

Independent LPCC, LCSW required.

Carry independent malpractice insurance coverage.
