The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and attracting top talent and delivering exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Responsibilities:
Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract, screen, and hire quality employees. 2. Collaborate with department managers to identify future hiring needs and create job descriptions. 3. Maintain current knowledge of labor laws and recruiting best practices. 4. Use social media, job boards, internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates. 5. Negotiate employment offers under the direction of the HR Manager. 6. Maintains applicant tracking system with up-to-date candidate information. 7. Deliver a great candidate experience at every step of the process. Requirements Qualifications:
BA/BS degree in Business, Human Resources or relevant field preferred 2. Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter). 3. Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc). 4. Hands-on experience with various selection processes. 5. Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS). 6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 7. Strong decision-making skills.
