Maintains proper patient identification. Interacts with patients and staff. Performs various clerical duties. Performs phlebotomy as needed. Performs tasks and maintains lab environment in safe manner as required by regulatory agencies.Education Background Required:
High School Diploma/GED
Education Background Preferred:
AA degree or 24 college units in laboratory science courses.
Typing and Computer skills in a Windows environment preferred.
Licensure, Registration, Certification
California Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT 1 or CPT 2).
