Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to implement content strategies on various social media platforms. The Social Media Manager will be tasked with creating engaging content, managing posts, responding to followers, and analyzing data to enhance brand presence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of growing audiences and driving brand engagement through innovative social media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media strategy to align with business goals.

Create and schedule engaging text, image, and video content across multiple social media platforms.

Monitor site metrics, respond to reader comments, and oversee creative design.

Analyze the long-term needs of the company’s social media strategy and offer quarterly reports to the management and executive teams that outline any necessary changes to the digital marketing plan.

Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness.

Facilitate scaling brand and company awareness through various social media channels.

Work with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages.

Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews.

Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.

Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

Experience with content management systems, and social media marketing platforms and tools.

Strong copywriting and copy-editing skills.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Creativity and the ability to develop original content.

Ability to develop the right voice for each social media platform.

Requirements:

Proven ability to build social media communities and manage brand presence across multiple channels.

Ability to track and analyze website traffic and social media engagement metrics.

Capable of handling multiple tasks and adhering to deadlines.

Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to think under pressure.

Highly organized with an ability to manage multiple projects at once.
