Lead Client Engagement & Sales: Initiate conversations with potential clients, educate them on our renovation services, and secure new projects through expert consultation and relationship building
Close the Deal: Confidently present project proposals, negotiate contracts, and finalize agreements to convert leads into active projects
Project Planning & Execution: Develop and manage comprehensive project plans with clear timelines, budgets, and milestones
Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project, addressing inquiries and ensuring a seamless experience
Strategic Scheduling & Coordination: Oversee timelines, subcontractor assignments, and material deliveries to ensure projects stay on track

Qualifications For Project Coordinator:
