Need chandelier installed

Suite G07 in Cottonwood Mall need a large light removed and a chandelier put in its place it's very heavy and will need a one-man lift to install the lift must be lightweight job will be done before mall opens up the lift must be removed prior to the mall opening 8 am to 10 am would like to schedule asap Jan 21 to 31 in this time frame I have chain and wire already and light
