As a partner with Dreamstyle Remodeling, you’ll receive pre-sold products directly from our distribution center and be responsible for the complete installation of our premium bath and remodeling systems in our customers' homes. Your focus will be entirely on installations—no sales, no collections, just your expertise and craftsmanship.
Compensation: Earn 10-13-% of the contract price (average $18,000 per project).
Responsibilities
Introduce yourself to customers and explain the services you'll be performing.
Receive, inspect, and transport materials to the customer’s home.
Carry out the kitchen demolition and install our reface systems, including removing drawers and doors, sanding, and installing new panels, doors, and drawers.
Install hardware such as Blum hinges, door handles, and other accessories.
Manage the project from start to finish, including documenting work, collecting final payments, and submitting invoices.
Deliver a top-notch customer experience that earns enthusiastic 5-star reviews. Introduce yourself to customers and explain the services you'll be performing.
Requirements
General Contractor’s License
General Liability Insurance Policy & Bond
Your own tools, truck, or work van. These will be necessary for moving materials to and from job sites.
