OE Solar is seeking an experienced EE98J Journeyman Electrician to join our dynamic team. This role involves traveling across New Mexico to execute federal and prevailing wage projects, ensuring the highest standards of electrical work in support of our renewable energy initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
Project Execution:
- Perform electrical installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on diverse projects, including federal and prevailing wage assignments.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal electrical codes, as well as safety standards.
Collaboration & Documentation:
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other team members to develop and implement effective solutions.
- Prepare accurate documentation and reports, supporting regulatory compliance and project tracking.
Travel & Adaptability:
- Travel to various job sites across New Mexico; a valid driver’s license and readiness to travel are essential.
- Adapt quickly to different project environments and challenges, ensuring timely completion and quality workmanship.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Valid EE98J Journeyman Electrician certification in New Mexico.
- Proven track record with several years of experience in electrical installations, maintenance, and repair, preferably within the renewable energy or construction industries.
- Thorough understanding of federal and prevailing wage requirements, including safety and regulatory standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Excellent communication skills, with a commitment to transparent reporting and teamwork.
