Skills must include drywall repair, texturing, painting, counter top repair or replacement, cabinet repair and replacement, minor electrical (replace light fixtures, ceiling fans, switches, sockets, etc.), minor plumbing (replace faucets, swamp cooler maintenance and repair, doors repair, tile flooring repair, doors replacement, yard cleanup, weeding, tree trimming, inside cleaning, etc.

Requirements: Truck, all tools, experience in apartment make-ready, driver’s license, knowledge, reliability, references
MUST have previous experience in painting and apartment turn-over maintenance. We are looking for skilled employees who are self-motivated, reliable, honest, and take pride in their work and job performance.
