Full time position, Monday through Friday with very little overtime.
This role would oversee daily operations, production schedules and manages a group of technicians and engineers.
This leader would be business minded with a general knowledge of: designs, soldering, ability to read drawings, build cables, machining, welding etc.
The preferred candidate would be an Electro-mechanical technician with management skills.
2 to 5 years experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a manufacturing environment.
Aerospace or government contracts' experience would be a plus.
