Cila Salon is a small, boutique salon located in the heart of Los Ranchos. Quietly nestled off the beaten path, we’ve built a loyal clientele by offering thoughtful, high-quality services in a calm and professional environment. With just three chairs, we focus on quality over quantity, creating a personalized experience for each guest. We’ve been in Los Ranchos for 5 years, following 8 successful years in Nob Hill, and have established ourselves as one of Albuquerque’s most trusted salons. We proudly use Davines—luxury Italian products rooted in sustainability and performance—and we strive to maintain a beautiful and low-tox environment for both stylists and clients.
We are currently seeking a full-time, experienced stylist who is mature, professional, and confident in their craft. Ideally, you have at least 5 years of experience behind the chair and advanced education in cutting and coloring techniques. We offer education paid for by the salon once a year. There is a tight community of Davines salons in NM and we all support each other and open doors for growth and education. The owner Carmel was a Davines Educator for 8 years, and ran an apprentice program as well. She is a wealth of knowledge. We are a salon that values professionalism, consistency, and integrity. Our current stylist is fully booked, there is immediate opportunity to step in and build a solid, full-time clientele. It may take around 6 months to a year to be fully booked, but if you can hustle maybe faster. We are open to a commission-based 10-99 or booth renter.
