Professional Self Storage company locally owned in Santa Fe has a immediate opening for a Resident Manager. Must possess excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently, computer experience required. Job requirements include but are not limited to renting units, marketing, delinquency calling, budgeting, goal establishing and execution, keeping site clean and professional at all times. 40 hours a week plus overtime as necessary, bilingual a plus, ability to close a sale, organization of office and files, must be able to lift storage doors as necessary for cleaning and or showing units. 2 bedroom apartment plus utilities are included + monthly bonus. Applicant must pass credit and criminal background checks. We are a drug free and smoke free site.
