Full Time Maintenance Technician (NE Heights)
Compensation: Hourly, based on experience.

Full Time Maintenance Technician needed for a 53 unit apartment community located in the NE Heights. Privately owned and amazing residents!
Maintenance person should be well skilled in all areas, our goal is to do most work in house. Required scope of work electrical, install lighting fixtures, ceiling fans, repair electrical outlets, trouble shoot/repair evaporative coolers and HVAC if you are certified to add Freon this is a plus! Plumbing skills for fixing leaking faucets, toilets etc., Carpentry, must be a skilled painter willing to use drop cloth. Should have some knowledge of sprinkler systems. Good communication, work well under pressure, be able to multitask as you may be called out of a turn to do an emergency work order. Be organized, good attendance, maintain a clean and professional appearance. Be able to use ladders safely to go onto roof to access cooling systems, repair roof leaks (roofs are two years old so this would be rare however, should be willing to do,) remove debris from roof and gutters as needed.
Qualified candidates should have:
5 years experience in general maintenance, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, and painting. Have a minimum of three professional references. If you email please include your phone number.
